Caroline Chu is a Registered Nurse based in San Jose, California, whose career has always centered around caring for others. For years, she has worked on the front lines of healthcare, supporting patients and families during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

Through her work as a nurse, Caroline witnessed something many people rarely think about until it's too late: the financial burden that often follows unexpected life events. Whether it's a sudden illness, an accident, or the loss of a loved one, families are frequently left navigating not only emotional hardship but also significant financial stress.

Seeing this reality firsthand changed the way Caroline thought about preparation.

This realization led Caroline to expand her mission beyond the hospital.

Today, in addition to her work in healthcare, Caroline serves as an insurance broker affiliate with Revolution Financial Management (RFM), where she helps individuals and families find the right term life insurance, indexed universal life (IUL) policies, final expense coverage, and annuity rollovers for retirement savings.

Caroline brings the same compassion, honesty, and dedication she developed as a nurse into every conversation she has with clients. She believes financial education should be clear, approachable, and centered around what matters most — protecting families and creating peace of mind.
